Job description
Overview The Transitions Coordinator will manage the onboarding of newly acquired property management assignments and the disposition of properties within the Willow Bridge Property Company portfolio. They are responsible for organizing, scheduling and leading transition calls with the Regional and National teams and assisting with due diligence across the country. The Transitions Coordinator will manage Basecamp (project management tool) and provide general support to the onsite and regional teams throughout the transition process including performing day-of and follow-up on-site post-transition visits. This position reports to the National Director of Due Diligence and Transitions located at Willow Bridges national headquarters in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities Job Duties and Responsibilities Setup Basecamps for all transitions (due diligence, property transitions, new constructions, retaining management, closeouts) Schedule and lead transition calls Track and ensure completion of all property transition tasks in Basecamp Update and maintain Basecamp templates to ensure accurate and efficient data Create and ship transition kickoff kits Order blank business cards Maintain transition statistics Provide suggestions and solutions to the property transition process Lead and execute special projects as needed Host training calls with regional teams during their first Willow Bridge transition to introduce Basecamp and the general transition process Candidates must be able to effectively assess transition issues in a timely and professional manner to determine what scenarios need more guidance from the National Transitions Team. This position requires up to 60% out-of-town, nationwide travel. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Candidates must be well organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask. Candidates with Business Manager, Assistant Manager or Leasing Manager experience and a working knowledge of Yardi are strongly preferred.
